Yes! Residents who are planning to use financial aid to pay for part or all of their housing costs should contact the Leasing Office for more information.
Each person in your roommate group must submit their own application. On the application, make sure to list all of your roommates (make sure to use the name they put on their application) and email addresses. If an apartment is available, you will each be sent your own lease for the apartment and bedroom you are assigned to. Spaces cannot be held, so your group should all try to apply on the same day.
No roommates, no problem. On the application, all applicants fill out a roommate matching questionnaire. Our staff then look at that questionnaire to match you up with residents who have a similar lifestyle.
Applications are available on our website or you are welcome to visit our office. Any applicant who meets our tenancy screening requirements is eligible for a lease offer; however, by submitting an application, a lease offer is not guaranteed. Lease offers are based on apartment availability and issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Nine East 33rd parking garage is available to residents and guests for monthly & daily parking; if space is available. Residents who are interested in parking should visit parkingoffice.com or call 410-235-5240 to learn more. The parking garage is managed by SP+ Parking and parking fees are not included in the rent.
